We offer a totally transparent service managing the building’s income for a successful level of maintenance while planning budgets for future works to ensure the building is well taken care of.

Through our network of trusted tradesmen we can carry out on-site maintenance or we will engage a preferred tradesman.

We have lived in a Manage Your Home property for almost four years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The flat itself was well-maintained and incredibly reasonable, and Melissa and Barry themselves were always helpful and reliable. Nothing was too much trouble (they quickly arranged a new oven for us when ours broke in the middle of a national lockdown) and they were always available via a phone call or text if we needed anything. We felt comfortable with Melissa and Barry - we've both had some negative experiences of letting agencies where it feels very much like it's you against them, but our experience these past four years couldn't have been any further from that. They were more like our friends than our landlords! We would recommend them in a heartbeat - you will be very happy in one of their homes.
